Something to reflect on what is happening in my country due to the heavy rainfall made by typhoon "odong". I hope I can share some of my blessings here in Qatar. Its really sad to see what is going back there...trully a heart melting one!

i was worried sick yesterday when i couldn't contact anyone at home, save for a couple of text messages received about the floods. our landline, smart and globe numbers weren't working. thank god for sun cellular. didn't even know anyone in the house had one. finally got to call them this morning & was relieved. everything else had thankfully been restored as of this time. so this is how it feels to really be away from home.

i had friends, former classmates and co-workers who lived in provident village, other parts of marikina, pasig & rizal. i hope everyone's alright.
