The author of this pdf didnt put valuable thoughts to make it LOOK real... he exaggerated it to an such an extent where it looks stupid on the very first sight... next time, if preparing some hoax news, put in some thinking...

Any new law that's being prepared is in Arabic. Translations come much later.

Why shouldn't it be in English?

What does " Violating the norms of public mortality." mean ?

>

If the police would care to come to Mamoura junction they would be able to book scores of drivers who drive on the wrong side of the road- but I don't suppose that will ever happen.

no, i don't think so... and if its official, it should come from the letter head of the traffic dept. or the government itself, right?

iam sure,,this shouldn't be true unless the traffic dept has gone insane...

points 6,7 & 8 with penalty 10k to 15k is just crazy!

You should know better...just take a minute to notice the pattern the fines have...also the exaggerations with the numbers and jail time. Besides, if it is not published on the MOI website then it smells funny and I am not eating it..;-))

And in the corner of my mind....I celebrated glory
