The author of this pdf didnt put valuable thoughts to make it LOOK real... he exaggerated it to an such an extent where it looks stupid on the very first sight... next time, if preparing some hoax news, put in some thinking...

You should know better...just take a minute to notice the pattern the fines have...also the exaggerations with the numbers and jail time. Besides, if it is not published on the MOI website then it smells funny and I am not eating it..;-))
