Traffic violation ..would like to share this with all QL members
Couple of days back i got sms from METRASH saying you have traffic violation...ran and checked on MOI site and got shock of my life there was traffic violation of QR 6000/- for Non-compliance with Traffic lights in Souq at 0430 AM. went to traffic dept. to say that violation on our vehicle is wrong we never went to any souq at 0430 AM and then asked the officer to show us the photo and the reply was that there is no camera installed in the souq its all manual....ok if its manual then we should atleast get sticker on our car (we never got one). Since last 1 week running from pillar to post to get this sorted out but no success.....traffic dept. not ready to accept their mistake and rectify it.

eh Swine ^^^ that has been discussed numerous times on other threads. "Loading a vehicle in a way that causes danger to people and properties" means the person was speeding.
"Loading a vehicle in a way that causes danger to people and properties" means you drive your car outside of the road. May be due to huge traffic you load/take your car to outside of the road(outside of carpetting area) to go fast for avoid traffic.
without evidence like a picture or a ticket then maybe you have a very good chance of getting away with that problem.
It usually means U were speeding, while crossing a signal.
U can go to the Traffic dept at Airport or Madina Khalifa and they will explain what the violation was, including showing you the picture and the speed at which U were driving. And trust me, the time quoted on the violation can play tricks on ur mind. Once U check the movie/picture, U will be surprised to see ur car and the exact time. Been there, done that.. :)
but rememeber, they have fotos showing the date, time and location..... hence no fooling around.
at the same time, they are really kind and will be helpful , inspite of their rough & rude nature...LOL

I have one too. Exactly the same. What does it mean? I drive a Lincoln sedan and I have never overloaded it with anything. What the hell does this mean?

The Website also shows I have a 600QR ticket for loading a vehicle in a way that causes danger to people and properties. I had picked up my 15 yr old daughter from School (parked in the lot) and went straight home at 3 pm. I was not speeding---I have cruise control and always put it below 80km now. The ticket is for 5 pm--when I was home. Does anyone know where you go to fight these things? I will not believe it unless I see it on film.

Feel so sorry for you. I hope that they will release this fine, but the amount of stress and pain you will have to endure will be tremendous. Please try to take an Arabic speaking person with you to Traffic Police and try to explain an officer over there the whole situation through him. Someone will help you.
You might be surprised but some officers do care!
I am telling you from a personal experience! They would contact you to investigate your complaint!
If there is no photo or a sticker, they simply can not depend on a testimony of someone who might have been very sleepy at that time of dawn and failed to get the correct plate number.
Besides, don't you have an alibi at the time of the crime?...hehehe
