Traffic Diversion Starting Thursday 17th

PITSTOP

I've been informed that ALL traffic will be diverted into the Corniche from Thursday the 17th of December. SO, if you are on your way to anywhere, try to AVOID any leading roads close by to the Corniche.

Rumor is that even the traffic to TV roundabout will be drawn into the Corniche.

Good luck!

Its the way from Al Wajba Palace to the corniche. so i guess when Emir will be coming in the morning they will block it.

I have to be in the airport like at 1pm to save time and hassle so that I can take my flight at midnight??

Thanks for your replies.

Pitstop: waiting for your confirmation to make a plan B on this route (west bay-airport) since the best one is actually the corniche.

Regards!!

Thank God December 17th is a Public Holiday...

December 18th will be a boat as part of the annual Regatta sailing along the Corniche..No traffic problem in the water..
