The company is Al Hodaifi Recycling

www.alhodaifi-recycling.com

I believe it is currently shut down and under repair/renovation. Maybe up and running again around May 2013. Hope that helps.

A recycling plant was built here but caught fire in its first few days of operation (last year). The company now is seeking permission to build a new plant in Messaieed. But has also been granted permission to repair and to use the original plant until the adjacent huge dump of tyres is used up. Several years worth I understand.
