Does anybody know why the thread below is not working, I cannot add to it?

It has been going quite a while, 272 postings, just becoming interesting again after a period of dormancy, but I cannot see why it should be subject to any kind of censorship. Maybe there is a fault or something.

I am not sure how I would contact the boss/admin of this site, maybe they will read this and reply.
