There're only 2 kinds of drivers of SUV's

heero_yuy2
By heero_yuy2

...in Qatar.

1. A guy wearing a thobe.
2. A 'dark-skinned' guy who brings the guy wearing a thobe to his destination.

So you may consider drivers of SUV's in Qatar as 'black and white'. LOL

Special drivers who are out of the two classifications mentioned can be called as 'colored drivers'. LOL

Many SUV's are high enough up to deal with the weather when it rains here, it floods and the man holes that stick up so high. Plus most SUV's have side airbags like Toyotos so you have more protection. Also, our trailer hitches have saved our fenders many people hit them rather than our fenders. Being higher up and able to see accidents in front of you helps so you can get in another lane. Also, I feel a bit safer due to all the huge construction trucks on the road. But without using your seatbelt any vehicle will be dangerous. Unfortunately we don't have good driving schools here they contribute to the chaos.

mm it would seem to me that an suv is a statement rather than protection. I mean everyone keeps saying that you need extra steel between yourself and other cars.

But with tight traffic and people making their own lanes is an 8 cylinder big and bulky ride really safe? In my opinion it is just bound to get in more accidents whereas a small car can weave in and out of dangerous situations.

Anyway I hope I get a volvo and a driver as I feel scared of driving in doha.

Are you a midget with a serious attitude?

The description of the SUV drivers is way to clear...

Better to say that SUV's are eiher driven badly or dangerously badly. Also the bigger the SUV the smaller the driver - never seen a tall person get out of a Hummer? and as for the typical Armada driver? well, could be part of snow whites seven little friends or work in Willy Wonka's sweet factory; thats why they need the side steps- to climb up the car into the driving seat.

Sometimes I change colors like a chameleon, always camouflaging myself in the roads from the those predators since my car is smaller.

SUV's are helpful to see whats happening in front of you and so I can't be run over as easily. I guess the person posting this has something against SUV drivers.

Let's see... I'm female, don't wear a thobe, don't have dark skin... guess that makes me one of the "special" ones!
