SRILANKAN AIRLINES CHEATING PEOPLE

Need to highlight you all.
Sriankan airlines is in tie up with mihin lanka to various sectors which are always subject to change in timings.
Whom to complaint about??
As i found they used to change the timings after a sufficient booking is carried out. For e.g if 100 tickets are avaialble it will attract with good transit timing and people once booked will get a message later after thier itinerary confirmation that ur flight transit timing is changed and kindly acknowledge changes. This is daily happening and nobody is there to question them
People who are having email id . ok . they do get information abt the flight change. some they dont have and people will suffer when they have to retain colombo for longer period and thier relatives awaiting in their respective destinations.
VERY WORST.
Is there any hard and fast rule in international flight rules.

Yah thats 100% correct. There is no words to say about Srilankan airline's poor service. Because srilankan government(President of srilanka) is try to make profit from Theirs own arirline calling Mihin Lanka(Own by srilankan President). Thats why they changing the flights and timings without prior notice to the passenger( The reason is they want the passenger to book Mihin Lanka next time). Actually the government taking all the resources from Srilankan airlines and invest them into Mihin lanka. this is what really happening, the passengers who travel in srilankan airlines are suffering because of this. There is no place or person to make complaint about this. So don't go with Srilankan airlines anymore.
best thing not fly on this airlines. this is airline owned by uncivilized barbarians. you'll not any respond.
