Srilankan Airlines

Anybody had bad experience from Srilankan Airlines Counter Staff in Doha, Al Sadd office?. Their counter ( Reservation ) staff is misbehaving very arrogantly while gone for validating the ticket issued by online? Actually they are not encouraging internet booking, please share your experience

dont go to counter.

I love this Airline for their non stop liquor supply. You are drunk by the time You reach your destination.

May be its a General sales agency and not direct srilankan staff. The agency doesnt make anythng when its issued online!!

You may complain to the Srilankan authorities!!
