Simple method to reduce Inflation - lower the wages

A way out is to decrease the wages of employees, while the other more plausible solution is that the central bank comes out with debt instruments like bonds to tackle the surpluses. Despite the rising costs, Qatar has been witnessing a strong economic growth and the riyal’s purchasing power remains higher, Al Qahtani said.

The tendency to create more laws is definetely not very creative , and the focus should be -in my opinion- on reinforcing the existing laws concerning consumer protection or overcoming the inflation.
However, I would appreciate if someone could explain to us more plainly what does AL Qahtani prposed as a solution, because I did not get his point: ".... the central bank comes out with debt instruments like bonds to tackle the surpluses" ?

oh..oh ...decrease the wages of the employee.. this is going to increase the trouble for the employee....
