Sharing with someone

Hello guys

would you recommend sharing accomodation with others.

or do you think its not advisable at all

my best friend and his wife has moved thrice to
shared accommodations and had terrific experiences. Now they are fed up
and decided to spend more for an individual accommodation.

These
people were highly educated and working in good positions but when it
comes to treating your share mates they are real devils.

why is it like that. have any of you guys fallen in this trap...

cheers

The stupidest thing I ever done in my life is giving my flat for sharing.(subleting).

As a married couple sharing with others isnt a good idea..couples need their space...although with the high rental prices here i can see how some are forced to do this..

p.s i think you meant in your topic they had horrific experiences because if they were terrific experiences ehy are they fed up?..

I would go for a 3000 or 3500 studio type flat, that would be nothing but one room, kitchen and bathroom just to be alone and knowing that it's my house and I can do whatever I want to rather than being bothered by others.

One solution is to look for a close friend that you know and the two families are really in good terms and know each other well, looking for sharing as well, get both a new flat and share it.

you know what happens is that, the house owners give false promises that the living room, dining room etc etc is free for sharing,

but when you actually move in things look very different.

these people somehow lure you to move in and give you the nightmare afterwards....

be with people that you know and trust. If you are a couple, never share with bachelors. If you are a lady, never share with men. I do understand most of the Ads and there is nothing racist about it, try to share with people from the same nationality as it would save you a lot of trouble.

I don't believe that much in sharing, sometimes it would be your brother sharing the place with you and you won't feel comfortable, so how about the others. The sad thing is with what is happening these days, some people won't survive if they won't share with others.

Their salaries are not enough at all and some had to pay all their salary to rent their own flats or rooms.

Like that...

"people wear white robes outside when their mind is the breeding place of all evils"

Sharing very difficult as rules etc, don't advise anyone to do it.

Motivation is when your dreams put on work clothes.

of the same culture

what really pisses me off is that people wear white robes outside when their mind is the breeding place of all evils..

sad but true....

I guess it would be the same everywhere. I've shared before (not here) and had the good and the bad.....but cultural differences may add spices to the mix!

I wont recommend sharing accomodation with others. I dont trust anybody or anyone. But... if its my girl friend or relative, I know I can trust them. So in other words I only trust relative's(who are very close to me) and also my girlfried.
