settled credit

my credit card had been delinquent since May 2010 until Jan.2012 then it was agreed for settlement in February 2012 unfortunately posting of my payments/settlement was only done in September 2012. then i tried to get a personal loan in a certain bank but it seems all the banks in Qatar is relying only with the Credit Bureau records unfortunately my application was denied because my record in Credit Bureau has delinquency and it is marked (red) even if i don't have anymore credits in any bank...

please settle it soon as possible because it can cause problem when you are lesving for good.
