Semi New
Qatar real estate has recently been flooded with "semi-new" apartments / villas. What exactly is "semi-new". Is it an old villa with a new wing / addition? Or is it supposed to mean "almost new"?
Waiting for QL'rs to investigate this new exclusive semi-new phenomenon and to report back here.

semi new means, an old one but they renovated it to become same as new one...
Seems it means "renovated or refurbished"...but QL investigators should get the right meaning...:)
probably means you would be second tenant. Although anything in Doha should be classed as Semi New, cos even new the build is so bad it has to almost rebuilt before you can move in.
