Seeking opinion....

Hey all....here's something that has been bugging me over the past few days...

Picture this...you just saw ot heard something that has made you downright miserable...something that you know perfectly well that you CANNOT do anything about-probably coz it's too late already.

Would you keep the misery to yourself and not talk about it feeling all the more miserable inside?

OR

Would you share it with someone to ease your mental load, eventhough you know quite well that you'll make the other person miserable as well?

I'm confused...I used to belong to the latter category but have been told off many a time for passing on the misery and spoiling people's moods :( So I keep everything to myself now.But I don't know if it's the right thing to do.

Help! :(

keep it to yourself but dont keep thinking about it..thinking will only help if you can change something..if you cant then get busy with something and move on!

forget the past and look at the future, be optimistic and be sure that everything happened for reason

try watching ellen degeneres show on youtube.. it might help, or try brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand - it can spark your brain nerves.
