School in Doha

My daughter is studying in Ideal Indian school and to my surprise it has been just 1/2 the year and this is her 3rd class teacher

It is so difficult for the child to adjust when the school authorities keep changing the teachers
Beside instead of the school concentrating on the academic standards they pick the child for things

Last year my child was picked up for wearing a brown jacket in winter and was asked to wear the brown sweater I wonder how does the physical education teacher expect the child to bear the cold out side
This time she has been picked for something else
Incase need to speak to the teacher the teachers are reluctant to provide contact details so how do we address our views and to whom
Is the school authorities open to this when we speak to them ask us to speak to the teacher
and it is not possible to meet the teachers hence we are left with no choice but wait until the next PTA which attimes is of no help

Why is the school not paying attention on the academic front

The school toilets are not maintained at all the children are taught cleanliness and hygiene does the school follow the same
My daughter has suffered with urine infection twice as the school toilets are not maintained the children do not use the toilets which is bad for their health is the school doing any thing about the same

The children speak in Hindi or their local language the children jump on the benches and are playing with the a/c and fighting in class.
Is the school looking at the over all behaviour of the child

These are some reasons due to which our children are so reluctant to go to school and towards their studies, which shows in their grades and will effect their future
Beside the lifestyle and weather condition, children do not get enought play time and to add to their grief the schools are disheartening

Is this common in all schools in Doha Qatar ,Is there a good Indian school who caters to the overall upbringing of the child ,
Who concentrate on education, cleanliness and good behaviour.and not in only hicking the fees and making money

The fees in the international school is above our budget is there any scholarship available where we can send our children to good schools
