Satellite subscriptions

Can someone point me in the direction of the previous posts regarding satellite subscriptions? A link would be most welcome.
I am specifically looking to get BBC Prime, CBeebies and Sky News. I currently have showtime and its pants. I may poke my eyes out with something sharp if I have to watch it for another year.

I think you can only get BBC Prime on Orbit. But not Sky News.

You can add Fishnet(?) to Showtime and recieve Sky News. In fact I'm about to add it as you also get Star Movies, UKTV and a few other channels. Also Showtime is about to offer On-Demand tv.
