Samsung Galaxy SIII Call Drop

I have been experiencing call drop in my Samsung SIII mobile since I got the phone! I do not know what is the problem, I have called Samsung shop and searched online, some say that it is the network "4g" incompatibility.

I just want to know if there are other people experiencing the same problems or is it just me!

4G LTE should have absolutely nothing to do with call dropping. If there is any incompatibility then it should have something to do with mobile data connection and I doubt that would necessarily be the case, since the S3-4G is fully compatible with all 3G/2G networks.

Read any forums online and see if there are any software updates available.

Go to Q-Tel and ask them to change your sim! My daughter has the S3 and my son has the new S3 LTE and they never had problems with it! my friend on the otherhand had that problem and she just changed the sim card and it works fine! since then!
