Samsung Firmware change

I just bought a Samsung C3222 mobile to my wife and now I need to change the menu to Portuguese (european or Brazil firmware file).

I went to Samsung care center in al sadd, but they could only upgrade to english/arabic.

Can anyone help me change firmware here in Doha?
