With an estimated 2 billion watching as the future head of the commonwealth marries his queen, the Royal Wedding is sett to be the wedding of the century.
Are you planning to watch, or is the British royal family overrated and outdated?
happygolucky, No worries and I wasn't offended by the playboy thread. Her body, her business and all that. I just didn't see why that stayed but the mods deleted mainstream news stories on the royal wedding. Guess I am looking for logic where there isn't any!

As for the nude playboy model thread, don't see why you are so sensitive about it and moreover how that compares with something related to protests. Guess some chat sessions among members would put that thread to shame, if talking of family friendly thing.

So suggesting someone is a republican (i.e. not in favor of the British monarchical system) is offensive? Maybe they thought I meant Republican as in the party of George W. Bush. Not the same guys. lol!

happygolucky, I just want to talk about the wedding.
Someone posted a thread about the possibility of protests that are in the news and I tried to post on it but the thread got deleted. So I posted a new thread asking why, and then some bashing trolls showed up and then that got deleted. I don't get what is so offensive about a marriage, specially on a site that has long threads on nude models posing in playboy (very NOT family friendly).
I'm definitely watching. BBC is going to stream it live, so I'm all set.
Seems now this thread is stable... go ahead and throw the question you attempted thrice now to discuss...:)
Of course you watch at least some of us WK! It's unavoidable. I'm no fan of the royals but I am resigned to my fate. Even my kids' school is doing something for it.
Haha can't understand why they are deleting the royal wedding threads.
Maybe the Mods wanted to marry Williams and are just jealous :P
I am not going to watch it... Ok maybe I will switch the channel from time to time to see what all the fuss is about :P
Going to the embassy, and my wife will have in on the telly.
Too bad we don't get the day off like everyone in the UK :-(
