Rotten Tomatoes - Briliantly Bad Films..
OK.. I'm going through a bad patch and have been watching some dire movies..
One superb example was yesterday - Cleopatra Jones.
LOVED IT ! Tamara Dobson is briliant as Cleopatra. Slightly more over the top than Shaft !
Any more nominees for brilliantly bad films which capture the imagination ???

Absolutely Horrific ... Much better than your run of the mill films..
One that immediately springs to mind is the 1977 B movie horror 'The Incredible Melting Man' - it is a sort of Frankinstein inspired tale - I could not stop laughing!

she is immortal! falling from seven stores building, jumping in frozen water,...
i just can't stand her.
Oh, people can come up with statistics to prove anything, Kent. 14% of people know that.

But yes, I have seen Foxy Brown, Superfly and the Shaft movies. In fact, my class spent a month on Blaxploitation films and I wrote a paper on Shaft as the post-BPP role model for Black males. I loved Richard Rountree!

Those were te Un PC days whe movies were fun..

I remember Esther Rolle was in that, God bless her. It was right before she signed on for Good Times. Great actress!
