I have a problem. When i go to work in the morning, I keep yawning and feel sleepy. I feel sleepy in the afternoon, after lunch break, while driving home in the evening, while having dinner etc. When I wear my pyjamas, switch off lights and hit the bed, and hope to sleep, that's when I am wide awake and think about my life and other philosophies. Does anyone else experience this problem? If so how did you treat it?
PS - Karak chai does not help.
take a jog in a park at least 30 mins to 1 hour, and you will sleep well..and it feels great for the next day, you will not becoming sleepy :)

I would not recommend Red Bull or any such drink to anyone. These are temporary solutions and may become habit forming. I suggest you tire yourself out in the evening hours by either going for a long walk or taking some physical exercise at a gym. A tired body will get you good sleep allowing you to remain active the following day.
