Is travel agents allowed to call airlines to check iF somebody is on that flight? i believe that the airlines are not allowed to disclose any information regarding their passengers travel bookings. the reason i asked because i have a friend who has a friend who is constantly bragging about her 1 travel agent friend that they can be able to get travel information of anybody they want to snoop.and im always telling my friend that this is not possible because of disclose issue and im sick and tired of hearing it as if my friends friend and her travel agent friend are the owners of the airline. whew! AM I RIGHT OR I AM WRONG? need your answer.

well nothing's impossible these days, disclosing infos like that is prohibited but not impossible to acquire if you know a person who could do it
