Renewal Of Istemara

Hi Everyone. My Name is shaheen and I have a small problem. I will be very much obliged if anyone of you could help me out. Presently Im out of Qatar on vacation. I have been out since June 2012 and will be back only by November 2012.
Now let me come to the point. My car had been expired Since June 21, 2012 and I was mugged due to which i lost all my documents including my car istemara.

I would like to know what are the procedures to renew my istemara once i come bak to qatar.

all you assistance will be highly appreciated.

1) report to the police that you lost your istemara.

2) get the technical inspection done and renew your car insurance.

3) go to a traffic police station and get your istemara renewed. you will need to pay a fine of 500 QR + the renewal fees.
