regarding termination of contract

hi all..

just want to ask for some opinions, as our company is heading for its closure., most of the staffs are still not qualified for noc - release.

is article 49 of qatar labour law applicable? wherein if they cannot relocate you to another job, then they will give a 30 days notice re: termination of contract.

No Matter what happens, Get the NOC.

For cases related to the closure of the company, the company or the sponsor can give a release provided you guys have a new job.

If not, take the NOC and come back after a month or two.
