I read somewhere that there is a pet hotel , where pet owners can leave their animals during vacations etc., in Souk Waqif. It supposedly is near to where animals are sold.
Has anybody seen this pet hotel?

Pregnant goats can stay if they can show their marriage certificate and prove that the father is a local ram or billy goat.

Otherwise 40 lashes and deportation.

By shapil• 9 Aug 2010 23:21

against daily.... We get phone calls from people wanting to "borrow" our persians (if we have any at the shelter) so their cat can marry... I mean WTF...

so yes, this is exactly why people are sending their cats there, so their cats get knocked up with a litter of kittens that will eventually land up dead or at QAWS instead of being responsible pet owners....

By Xena• 9 Aug 2010 22:44

It started out really smart... Taking cats in and giving them all the luxuries.... its turned in a Pick-you-cat's-mate and is now basically a sleazy hotel for "marrying your cat";-P

Drac: you can only fit 500000 bats in a room. You will need a second room.
