The real deal on Islam and terrorism

The real deal on Islam and terrorism

Good grief, these days many are reluctant to turn on the television or watch the news.  Especially Muslims.  It's like daily there are atrocities being committed and then they will discuss it being a "Muslim" terrorist or the "Islamic" State will claim responsibility.

Recently, when Syrian rebels murdered a child (and captured it on video), Muslims everywhere were disgusted and infuriated.

Then, discovering that an elderly frail Priest had his throat slit in a French church during mass... it just became too much.  This is now in blatant contradiction to Islam and it's teachings.  They are hijacking the term with no attachment or basis to the religion.

I am sure everyone is tired of read the whole "Islam is a religion of peace" narrative, especially when actions indicate otherwise.

But, there is a religion with rules.  I have decided to share the ten rules of war by the Muslim Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him).  His rules were clear and concise and didn't leave much room for misinterpretation.

Muslims have to follow his example... well if you want to be Muslim.

And remember the below rules are for war, thus the most extreme of situations.

Before engaging in battle, the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) instructed his soldiers:

1. “Do not kill any child, any woman, or any elder or sick person.” (Sunan Abu Dawud)

2. “Do not practice treachery or mutilation.(Al-Muwatta)

3. Do not uproot or burn palms or cut down fruitful trees.(Al-Muwatta)

4. Do not slaughter a sheep or a cow or a camel, except for food.” (Al-Muwatta)

5. “If one fights his brother, [he must] avoid striking the face, for God created him in the image of Adam.” (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim)

6. “Do not kill the monks in monasteries, and do not kill those sitting in places of worship. (Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hanbal)

7. “Do not destroy the villages and towns, do not spoil the cultivated fields and gardens, and do not slaughter the cattle.” (Sahih Bukhari; Sunan Abu Dawud)

8. “Do not wish for an encounter with the enemy; pray to God to grant you security; but when you [are forced to] encounter them, exercise patience.” (Sahih Muslim)

9. “No one may punish with fire except the Lord.” (Sunan Abu Dawud).

10. “Accustom yourselves to do good if people do good, and to not do wrong even if they commit evil.” (Al-Tirmidhi)

For the first time, a mainstream scholar Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has taken the initiative to confront ISIS and other terrorist groups head on using the texts which the terror groups misuse to brainwash, radicalise and recruit young Muslims. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has worked tirelessly to challenge attacks on Islam and Muslims throughout his life. In 2015, he has authored more than 10 new English books to present the true image of Islam and to counter extremism and to promote peace and love..........

In my opinion the steps to be climbed one by one. If had to develop my knowledge, better I read article in this fashion and many other related to Islam and also related to the globe. (Just adding one more point that prophet Mohamed Sallalahu Alahi wasallam did not want the children to participate in wars as well).

I really don’t know the above authors points are in sequence, correct or wrong, because I am not an Islamic scholar. Everybody who can write a little bit English cannot be an Islamic Teacher. Including myself. So, Allah should forgive for our mistakes.

What I am trying to say is, learn and practice. Not learn and store it.

Before we go to the subject of war, there are things a Muslim need to follow. One of them is prayer. Please visit a nearby Masjid (Mosque) early morning at 3.45 am and see how many people comes to pray. (Allah says through the Adahn, Prayer is worthier than sleep, but the people feel sleep is worthier than prayer). That’s it. First step is not followed. Islam is to follow step by step. Even in global matter’s it should be step by step. When a person prays as per the Islamic guidance, He is automatically out of Sin’s and becomes pure.

Education alone does not lead anywhere at this point as the educated people do a Job for a wage. They did not think what can be the outcome of the Job they are doing. Therefore it’s important people do Jobs which doesn’t Harm for humanity. Example if an educated person work to produce Nuclear or Working for a media to produce news which can creates tensions in the community should be avoided. But they work for the better wage. If the selling point can be the religion, they use it.

My point is, Qualify the Humanism before going to your Degree and so on. So it’s not against anybody who gained knowledge by education. It’s about the education to go, hand in hand with humanity.

Why I wrote about education Hear is, the globe is with lot of tension at this moment where the education got lot of priority and the ruling is done by the highly educated people. If the matters are handled by the highly educated people, No such Killing & Incidents should happen at this moment. It makes clear that Education did not go hand in hand with Humanism.

But it’s clear the education go hand in hand with business and money.

Sadly, the religion has been hijacked by some deviants who are twisting its teachings to their own needs

No matter whatever happens; People only believe what they want to; If they really want to hate islam they will continue to do so, they will not listen to anyone;

About Quran, Allah clearly says "Indeed, Allah is not ashamed to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient," 2:26

""(is the one)Who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it and sever that which Allah has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers."2:27

The same Quran will guide many and will misguide many; As for the misguided one, it's only because of the corruption inside their heart.
