Query regarding the placement

Hi Everybody,

My wife recently got placement in one of the HMC governed hospital as staff nurse. They had asked us to send some documents regarding the same. We have sent all the documents except for the reference form. My wife is working only for 3 months in the current hospital, so the hospital authorities are not willing to give the refernce form filled since it'sbeen only 3 months here. But she has got all the necessary documents from previous hospitals.
Will this be an issue in the process, since i belive that no authority or institute will provide any reference form untill an apprisal has happened. Please suggest.

I am Senior Software Engineer with 6 years experience in Business Objects (Datawarehousing) woking in bangalore in MNC. Now i would like to shift to qatar since my wife s working there.Will there be any oppurunities for Business Objects in any of the companies there or it will be really appreciable if anybody could help me in this.
