QTEL Technician Required urgenlty

Sorry to post this issue on PUBLIC FORUM but i really need help from QTEL technician on very urgent basis.
.
I hv purchased NEW MOZAIC remote control which is not responding with my mozaic device after getting assistance from 111.
.
So i don't want to spend eid without mozaic channels as eid will become more boring. I have small kids so really I need any QTEL TECHNICIAN to contact me and assist me to fix this problem urgently.

I've been waiting 2 months for qtel it's shocking! Yep teo months for "fibre optic fibre optic" Two appointments never turned up no phone call or text. Then this week turned up after numerous phone cAlls to various departments. Yes they turned up without a phone call to let me no what time they just appeared at the door. Six of them the texhniciAn didn't tell me his name or anything. He looked at the Internet on the wall left from previous tenant and said you already have fibre optic. He then said how long have you lived here I said few months. He then said the socket was a port 9 but he was told it was 15 and that I had to call qtel and tell them about it and he won't be able to do anything for another month. WHAAAAT I said I've waited two months already without any entertainment or Internet. He said I should ring 111 and tell them.
No let me know if I'm wrong surely it's the technicians job to contact his superiors or qtel reporting what has happened and what he has seen. I don't know what the hell he is talking about ports I'm not even sure what I'm to do next. Called 111 they said contact 115 the saga continues............
i did that too and they said that they have no unit to test the remote control whether it is working or not which i fully believe that they were lying.

The remote they gave you is of another model of STB, go back to qtel showroom with your receiver ..and also request them to check in der moziac receiver.

Well i bought it from qtel hayat plaza branch. It is brand new remote with new batteries
Already contacted qtel several time who toldme tat on sunday technician will come.
Yes i hv also rebooted the mozaic device several time so no result at all
.
Well there last thought is tat there is setup matter in the receiver itself but again i hv to wait till sunday which is making me upset
.
So again requesting any qtel technician who can help me resolve this issue

Replace the battery of the remote.
Behind ur Mozaic TV reciever there is a small black switch.... put it off for like 3 seconds and Switch ON again.... the reciever will reboot.. that should fix ur problem.
Buy banana for the mean time till the eid ends then climb a tree.ur eid will be fun...
I have been working for IPTV projects for AT&T, USA. Please reboot your main router provided by Qtel, and then try replacing batteries in the RC, and see if that works. If still facing issues with it, do contact Qtel to send you a replacement remote control...

try to replace the battery or maybe the remote is for a different model. how much did you pay for the remote?
