QTEL LINE- WAITING FOR 3 1/2 MONTHS.HELP US .
We have applied for QTEL new line (in THUMAMA AREA) on 21st June 2012 due to shifting new villa. Till now we didnot get the line yet.. (we are QTEL customers from 2006) . After one week they said there is a problem in cabling..customer should do that... ok we did all the cabling and took photographs forward to QTEL. Till now there is no response from QTEL. whenever calling QTEL always receiving the same response.."with in 48 hours your problem will be solved". I have written in Qtel Facebook. send several mails to Customer care..Daily keep on calling 115........Oh no Please anybody can advise me what should we do? to whom we have to contact? anybody can help us please.............. its very difficult to pass the days with out internet at home..... 4 Months we are trying our best to get that....till this moment no solution..........anybody working in Qtel.please.............please...............please advise meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
