QTel Fiber Optic = What does this mean?

I returned from leave to find a sticker pasted near my front door indicating a visit on 18 July and status written "completed". As I wasn't here on 18 July, I don't understand how anything was completed. There is no contact info on the sticker to call. Do I call QTel re scheduling another visit? Please advise. Thanks.

I think it means they will charge you even more for subpar service and horribly slow speeds. I've had the fiber-optic in place it is has made little noticeable difference.

Duhail. And no explanation on QTEL website. Is 111 handling fiber optic queries?

Fiber Optic is a cable which is used fro communication b/w IRP and DCS,

the signal is going through the fiber optical cable in the sense of light from the source to medium,it is very costly cable.

THIS CABLE DOSNOT CONSIST OF ANY CONDUCTOR INSIDE OF CABLE IT ONLY HAS A FIBER OPTIC TUBE INSIDE TO GIVE THE LIGHT TO THE SYSTEM.

I think Fiber optic is an additional upgraded work services to provide good communication lines for their customers. Their stickers means they've already installed it in your area.

Doesn't matter. My home has been marked for installation according to the map

on QTel website for well over a year and a half now and still no notice

on my home as Qtel said will happen. No problems I am patient but this process is going very slow.
