QR1608 application status?

I have applied for the post on november and the last date of apllication to be sent is Dec 31st.My application status is "On Hold".When will i get a positive response.Thanking you in advance for your valuable reply.Which is the QR email id, i can contact .

tahsin..I think he is talking about Qatar Airways Job Application status and not about visa application.
