When i went to the paper i gave them a word document i typed myslef with a pretty detailed story of what happened to me, but i realistic with my expectations..that is i told the writers there if there is anything u feel will put your image or job at threat then dont mention it, becase i would hate for some QP thugs to come hassle these guys just because they wrote my story, in the end they are just here trying to make a living.

There is freedom of press, but there is also freedom of someone using their pull to get rid of you! so i wouldnt want any writer reporter to get in trouble over that.

As for my real story it will come out in full detail when i get a chance, wether its on TV live or through another movie or some video interview i post on youtube, whatever i will make sure my story comes out! In my case if somebody in QP wants to practise their freedom of threatening me...then i will practise my freedom to stuff my shoe in their mouth.

Seriously, mabrook Ahmad for pursuing your dreams and I hope I'll be able to reach mine's one day too!

 On a sidenote, has anyone noticed that nowhere in the peninsula article does it mention that Ahmad was mistreated at his job at QP? but rather says that his friends made fun of him instead (which I dont think is the same) anyhoo, just an observation...

PM ..what film courses do you teach? And how much do they charge for the course?

Ahmad ....the story seems very good....hope the action is also good.

The Web site looks great (needs Flash player) but it is projected in a different way .....It doesnt say Ahmed is Akumen.

The site should have said Ahmad Al Sulaiti stars as Akumen in the Movie Akumen. I"t is adapted from a real life story."......etc etc...... "Produced by Bullet Proof Film International." .........and "BullefProof Film will submit the movie Akumen at the film festival."

First I thought It was a Game-site then I thought it was a compilation of your fights. But now after reading the Peninsula article I realise its a Commercial  Karate film.

Qatar is a very beautiful country to shoot a film.

The advantages are many:

It has a picturesque flat terrain.

It has Sunlight (must for out door shoot) for a longer duration in summer.

The Foggy conditions are also beautiful to shoot in daylight or evening or night with the street lamps and neon signboards.

Beautiful Roads.

Beautiful Emerald green sea.

Sand Dunes.

Clear skies.

The biggest plus point is the presence of people from different nationality.

One could make a Indian film Subtitled in English.

One could make a Egyptian Film dubed in English.

One could make a Fillipino film dubed in English.

One could make a Pakistani film dubbed in English

One could make a Kenyan film dubbed in English

And they could all run well ....provided they are made well.

I must admit the guy in the website does look a little like me,  but it must have been some good photoshop!! lol

I just did a small article with Penninsula today but just woke up from sleep, my natural curly hair, no shave and looking scary so it wont even look like the website if u guys come by that pic in the paper!! I will do a better article with Qatar Happening magazine cause they have a pro photographer there!

Guys its a small independent film but we are taking it to Cannes in May and hoping for the best, i think if i was able to bring the judges to Qatar and make them experience a day of my past life here when i used to work here, then took them to watch the movie then they would give me all the awards!! I did a good sad face in that movie!

The story of the movie is not mine, its a true story that happened to a European guy many years ago and the director wrote down this story concept and kept it for a while with him, and then when he met me he really felt i fit the character because i was in the same sad mindset/emotion that he needed the main actor to be in since i was feeling pretty screwed over and helpless, as for the person the real story happened to it has been many years and he is happy now he cant go back and do it.

So we basically took the guys story and replaced him with me, i am the guy from qatar who left his job and went to follow his dream and arrived in thailand, but from there the movie events arent what happened to me, but i experienced them through the making of the film.

I am sure everone will see the film when Qatar steals a fake copy in the cinema.

That a Qatari is going to be featured in a movie like this or that Nouf is his sibling!  small world! in any case, you go Ahmad! this is actually inspiring...hope the movie is a success...

Ahmed is good....Is he "Aukmen" they seem to mention Aukmen but couldnt make out who it was.

And why do they say "Bullteproof film". I guess the translation should be "Bulletproof" or "Bulletproof Aukmen".

Or may be the film really is bulletproof.......(sorry Ahmed....lol) 

yeah... he have to make home coming premier. beside this is his cauntry and we QLers all adore and proud of him.
