QL has blocked my wife account

kindly advise how to unblock the account, since we have to delete some of advt.

if anyone knows pls advise.....

You will be wasting your time if you wait for QL moderators to respond. I never got one for my queries and followups of blocking my previous account that too because of a mobile number I keyed in which was not mine. Unfortunately the mobile number was in their blocked list that I never knew. I explained but to no avail. I had a clean account for 4years but that doesn't get counted in QL.
