Qatar Through My Eyes: A Youth's Perspective
Hi! :)
I'm Karl, I've been living here in Qatar for almost half of my life.
Through the past 9 years, I've discovered and learned a lot of things that perhaps I wouldn't have found if my family have not relocated here. For an average teenager, we look for places to hang out such as malls, clubs, resorts etc. which are limited here in Qatar. Does it mean that its a boring place? No. Its not only about those kind of "fun" places which most of the teenagers here need to learn. Qatar offers variety of activities and tourist attractions which some might haven't known. I'm also impressed and amazed how focused and supportive Qatar is in terms of Arts & Sports. Qatar may not have the perfect weather or abundant places for entertainment but it offers unique environment, culture and people which are more than enough to have a fun weekend; and a lesson to appreciate what you have, before time teaches you to appreciate what you had.
As an appreciation of what Qatar offered me, I'm more than happy to share how I see its beauty.

@mozaismyhero True, I completely understand :)
Thanks to all who appreciated! :D
Great pictures and I am not offended but some of the more conservative relgious reactionaries might take offence saying you are corrupting their children.
Magnificent! TFS your talent:)
Like !!!
Great talent.. Keep it up ..
@mozaismyhero
I apologize for that, I didn't realized it that much as it was in a beach setting. I'd like to edit it out of the post but I just noticed that there's no edit function. If a moderator could remove and edit it our, feel free. Again, I apologize.
Looks very good. But with all due respects, I feel some of the pictures are more like art than photography.
Perhaps too much of PS!
thumbs up! :)
Amazing photography :)
Thanks Sir Jar! :D
camel abuse ( 10th pic )
u should try Qatar photographic society
I'd like to point out that the lady on the camel is obscenly dressed and as a long time resident of Qatar you should know to abide and conform to the local customs.
Hi, sorry but I'm not familiar with him. Why?
