i am confused because wondering,

is this change good to Mr,al-attiyah? or bad?

and as a rank which is better energy ministry or diwan?

and yes , another question, what happened to the ex-chairman of emiri diwan,or it is new position?

The Persian Gulf nation is “just at the start of negotiations with Sinopec,” Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah said today in a telephone interview. He declined to provide the quantity of supplies being discussed.

This is funny: two hours later he was fired.

There are no details whether Mr. Attiyah has been given some other portfolio or not. He was one of the strongest member of the cabinet. I wonder what prompted H.E. The Emir, to replace him.
