Kareena Flickr, dvart, and lots more has the one you describe but it is not blocked, i stock all my photos in flickr site. flickr is blocked in UAE i wish it wont happen here...

I see.. I guess in that case the only plausible explanation could be that it had nude pornographic pictures of women that is why they blocked it..

Thanks all. @ Kareena Shutterstock is a website (like istockphoto.com) where you can purchase images for graphic design. Say for example you wanted clipart of a Dolphin (which was what I happened to need tonight) you can go on there and search from thousands of results and buy the one you want. I should stop looking for Dolphins...it's wrong apparently.

Yeah use hotspot shield.(search on google). It's a private VPN. There is one more thing you can try: if it a paid-to-access site then I am pretty sure it allows connection on https protocol. In simple words, it allows its member to access the site through a secure connection. Add s after p in "http://" to see if it works...
