Qatar Fuel (Woqod) phone number dilema

I have been trying to cotnact this most unprofessional of companies; Qatar Fuel (Woqod), on the phone number provided on their website and in the phone directory (44308888) for more than a week now but I am not getting any reply!!!! I've even tried to log a complain on their website but the "submit" button is not working !!! This is supposed to be one of the biggest companies in Qatar and it is listed on the stock exchange, but I feel I am dealing with a grocery shop (and even those reply to their phones!) I am so frustrated and I really need to contact this stupid company, advise anyone?

what if u just go to their office and ask for an appointment. maybe its just not ur lucky day, try to call again tomorrow look for the same person who took your number and follow up with him

Thanks a lot, I already have this info, I was looking for a phone number that replies but all what I found in all the places (website, QE, phone directory, yellow pages) is the stupid number that doesn't reply :ppppp
