I hv bsc in civil eng, i want to change my profession from labour to quantity surveyor, since the rule of profession changing is amended, is it required to wright UPDA exam to chang? Please advise me.

All I know is if u need to have Engineer on your ID, u need to pass MMUP exam. As for QS, better check with them at counter where they accept application.
