Process to send Nepalese Housemaid on vacation and get her back

Hi,

I would highly appreciate if anyone could help me understand the process of sending my housemaid to her home for holidays and get her back about a month and a half later.

Her visa is valid for two years but there is no residency sticker on the passport due to new rules. Just want to make sure that she does not face any issue at the immigration while returning from Nepal.

Has anyone recently sent their Nepalese maid for a holiday? Also do we need to renew her contract with the embassy as well as the Bank Guarantee?
