Private Public Partnership, can tape on high potential and growing expatriate's housing demand

Qatar is accomodating new families by offering them plots and soft housing loans, which is a good guesture. In line with that, more than 10,000 new plots are being created to accomodate the local govt. employees and their families.

Expatriate families too needed such a colony on a private/public partnership basis. May be the govt. could look into the housing needs of expatriate families as well, who are also contributing towards the growth of Qatar, on a long term and continuing basis.

Even if leased land for 25 years is earmarked on the new orbital road, and given to the expatriate families for construction, that can further jel the expatriates to put in their heart and soul towards the growth and glory of Qatar, in the times to come.
