My friend is pregnant..She went to Dubai last March and meet her husband there and now shes two months pregnant.
Shes legally married with authenticated papers.
My questions now are:

1.)Is there any problem for her to give birth here without husband?
2.)How about the Visa/Sponsorship of the Baby?

Please she need an advice..

no problem.

as long as she declared married on her status or having a document like marriage contract, she surely be an A OK.

she can acquire visa for her baby under her sponsorship. make sure she has the marriage contract, and have a document letter from Phil Embassy that her husband in not working in Doha...

Best wishes to her...
