Would Clinton, Berlusconi and Schwarzenegger have done the same if they weren't in a position of power? Or is it the power itself that makes them do such things?

He says that Powerful men have both an overactive libido as compared to 'normal' men, but they are also more willing to gamble that they can get away with their sexual activities whenever and wherever. Power is a great aphrodisiac, as Kissinger said. Powerful men almost automatically expect other people to do their bidding. Sex is just part of that game. Powerful women also have larger-than-average sexual appetites.
Van der Dennen says that It is the position of power itself that makes men arrogant, narcissistic, egocentric, oversexed, paranoid, despotic, and craving even more power, though there are exceptions to this rule. Powerful men generally have a keen eye for female beauty and attractiveness, and women generally are attracted to powerful, successful, famous, and wealthy men. Every "willing" woman confirms the power of the powerful man.
Power tends to correlate with wealth and fame and success and with sexual access to more, and more varied, partners. The only thing that is really needed for you to feel powerful is my submission, and vice versa.

Power corrupts the weak.Power can do things.
There is a theory that many men in powerful positions - this includes athletes - have high testosterone levels.
Hence, they tend to have higher sex drives and ofcourse aggression.
What a justification for a carefree life...
As far as sexual gratification is concerned, an average man is not satisfied with one female partner throughout his life. Just like a hunter, he needs someone or something new to conquer or own. This ingrained nature or desire is seen in their sexual sphere as well. It is this male desire along with his continued domination in the societies that arrangements like polygamy have frozen as accepted norms in some earlier societies.
All kings and tribal leaders had several wives. It has nothing to do with their libidos. It has to do with the power...the feeling that there would be no repercussion even if he married several women.
That's also the reason women get raped during wars. The soldiers gaining grounds always end up raping the women of the enemy as they proceed. So, its just the feeling of power and no fear of a backlash.

According to the article - Psychologist Satoshi Kanazawa found that successful men have more sex and more sexual partners.
Now why is that ?
Everyone has ‘Overactive Libido' (Men-revealed, women-concealed),
Power (money is just one tool of it) makes it feasible. (unpowered-fools just dream and make their bed dirty)

Agreed. But when turned down to then use force is more to do with the knowledge that you'll probably get away with it.
I think its more about power than money. It is also to do with egotism. They are so used to people around them saying "yes" that they expect every woman to be willling and available..
Powerful men assume their power and money can get them out of sticky situations hence take advantage of their position!
money and power enable the guy to do what he would like to do if he didnt have either.. The thought is already there!

I agree with that 100 percent.. Usually rich and powerful men do that. Money and power usually blinds your other senses, that is besides your libido.
