DaRude, Alexa : As you rightly pointed out, there are guidelines already for this site. I don't mind people making suggestions - if they do make an administrative suggestion, it is non of anyone elses business to try "to set it straight".
I am happy for people to provide input and make suggestions. I'm really not feeling the way the IRC suggestion stash made was shot down.
Sinned : As I mentioned in the first comment to your post, their are already guidelines for this site. It is normally good netiquette to first lurk a bit on a new forum. If you had done so, you would have realised their are moderators on this site. If you still have a problem please use the contact us form to report abuse.
Everyone : DaRude is right in pointing out that suggestions should be made privately via private message or the contact form. First, there is no reason to make a big fuss about an issue that may only affect you. Secondly, I may not see something you post in the forum that may require my action.

Anyway, Sinned I agree with qatari that this is a nice list but I also agree with DaRuDe that there was a guideline presented and everybody voted on it. I humbly suggest that you submit your ideas to qatari and the moderators and they will be the ones to announce to the QLers if there will be amendments to the guidelines earlier voted upon. I also humbly suggest the same to you Stash.

QL has Ahmd, Qatari and unnamed moderators who have set guidelines for the members to follow.
Correct me if I'm wrong, Sinned. But you volunteered yourself as moderator? or you appointed yourself? Would you act as forum police while you're here.
I just asked because your topics pertains to guidelines when in the first place, we already have one. Have you contacted the web administrator/management or Qatari himself?
