Positive discrimination makes whites poor!

Saw a great documentary yesterday on Al-Jazeerah regarding "Positive Descrimination" in South Africa.

Since the ANC came to power, the whites , especially in small towns have gone from being masters to being poor.

Many are now living in poverty being supported by charities.

Many would say that this is their "come uppance".. But shouldn't the powers that be do more to alleviate their situation ?
