Does anyone know Ooredo customer care service closed on weekends. Since I was trying from yesterday to get an information.
They never pick up my phone. Instead they play pre recorded message.

very poor service indeed! Since February this year I got internet speed change but still I get the same increased bill amount. Even the customer service staff is inexperienced and careless. Three time I went there with their letter but still no solution.
Applied for 1 Telephone + Mozaic + Adsl Package with Oredoo since 1month Home Location (Near Gharafaa Health Centre) - Everytime I call they give me weird reasons for not doing the job.Sometimes blaming internally Depts sometimes saying FIBRE cable is not there.But I checked in my area and they have already laid fibre cable in our locality....But still Oredoo....is playing with words when it comes to resolving customer complaints.Also their customer service team is pathetic in listening to your issues.They are in a hurry to hang up the call by giving some lame excuse.Wish we had more option in Qatar - other than Vodafone...that will teach these guys a lesson how to treat their customers.....or end up losing customer....

Maybe it's happening to me all the time whenever I call them. Anyway I contacted them. And asked the same question too. But didn't get the answer.

no way i called them yesterday around 2pm and they answered within seconds... probably they were busy with me when u called ;) sorry :P

call hotline put loud speaker after 15 to 20 minute they will answer...

I always have great customer care through Ooredoo (Qtel)... Maybe something was wrong with the system...
Ooredoo best customer service is in DCC.. i was really impressed.. one of the best customer service I experienced in Qatar...
