A pint after work!!

Just in case any of you were getting thirsty at the thought of Ramadan, there are a few bars open tonight for the last few pints! Rydges and garveys for certain.

I saw invite, cheers, but it just takes so long to walk down there. I was dripping last week when I walked back. When it cools a bit I could walk it - City v Chelsea in 2 weeks.

You had an invite to the Old Manor - You could have walked there - I did!

At one point the Kilkenny ran out and they asid they wouldn't change the barrel (I suspect that this was cos it would sit there for a month). Eventually they relented when more people complianed - I think the finished the new barrel too!

Worst thing was, being new I didn't want to bother anyone!

Trust me, after a few weeks I worked out it was no bother, that's what expat friends are for.

Make a few phone calls, and people will be lad to pick you up, just for the company!

I wish I could just walk out and catch a taxi - it would be enough to get me down there
