Pinoy/Pinay service at Biella

Tigasin321
By Tigasin321

Any Kabayans been to Biella recently? What has the service been like for you? I eat lunch there at least three times a week. I find the service there excellent. The whole crew are Fillipinos and they are always friendly and smiley and give excellent service. I know that they only receive 1% of the service charge and they get it monthly in arrears. Therefore if you get excellent service there like I do, give them a little extra.

Anyone else have any experiences of Biella they wish to share?

Me and my wife went to Biella (The Mall) last night and ordered for a Antipasti Sampler, Spaghetti Bolognese, plus 2 rounds of complimentary bread...  I must admit the Antipasti sampler is enough to be your main course!

Once again, excellent service from Biella! courtesy of that nice, lovely lady Nur...

When i was doing my Filipino/Indonesian survey at Biella, I did ask the crew how you could tell the difference between Filipinos and Indonesians without hearing them speak. They say that they can't tell just by looks.

Have just had an excellent lunch at Biella in the Mall. The service was excellent as it always is. Special thanks to Santi who is lovely.

Okay Mila, I asked the crew and yes, they are all Indonesian except for the lovely Grace who is Pinay.

Will I ever be forgiven or will I have to suffer the fate of being kicked out of the Filipino expat group?

I love the foods in bella, i usually go to city center, i don't mind the service but what catches my attention was the flying allien and the utensils with the plates are there ready to use, some are dusty and i hate flies eww! The food is excellent, Italian food, and the other thing i don't like was the timing of the food you wanted to eat, if you happen to felt hungry at 10 AM, but you like spaghetti or pesto, they will not serve you, they serve you only for breakfast, or at lunch you want some ala Carte, they serve only for a light pasta. Try their Pina Colada, great!

I used to visit Biella Ct Ctr during special occasions or im with my special friends and meetings. You're asking about their SERVICE? damn i HATE it. ask me why? I won't share my past experiences anymore.... just last month, my and my best friend visit biella coz we missed some food the we often order wen we visit the resto. we both wearing shorts, sleepers, sandos and along with us is our wallet. now, we came there and look for the menus from the entrance. few mins later we get inside.... nobody acoompanies us unlike how they are treating white people. what is with them by the way? we do have money too? we the looks? its just we seems to have a low profile attitude and appearance. we've waited for any crews to get our order. but with the others, aside from they are escorting the guest, they provide menu and waited for the order. after few mins again, one indonesia came to us, gave the menu but we refuse coz we had our advance order since we enter the entrance.  waiting again for our food for long and our visit is not that pick bcoz its only 11am. after we finished our food, we ask for the bill. again we've waited for a long time before the bill handed with us. we paid and write my comments. i did visit again last week to witness weather its not a gud day for us before but its not. from that time i won't ever ever come bak to biella ct ctr. pls don't get me wrong... this is just based on our experiences... the bottom line here, if anybody knows somebody in that resto, kindly extend this message to them so that they may have consistent services to offer.
