PICPA-QATAR MARKS ITS FIRST FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Qatar Chapter (PICPA-QATAR), a professional organization under the umbrella of PICPA-Manila was launched in December 2007 through the initiative of its handful founding members led by its charter and still the incumbent President, Mr. Lyndon Magsino. Now, just after a year of existence, the present active membership has ballooned to 180 representing regular and associate members. And more importantly, it has achieved significant milestones in the pursuit of its commitment to uphold the highest ideals of professionalism in line with PICPA values by providing free seminars among its members. PICPA-Qatar celebrates its first founding anniversary on 4 December 2008 at the Grand Ballroom of the elegant Doha Seef Hotel in Doha, Qatar. An array of night-long festivities conceptualized and tirelessly prepared by its officers awaits all members and guests alike. Amid fine buffet dining and wish-success drinks, games, raffles, singing and other joyful friendly contests with valuable prizes will entertain everyone. And there will be dancing too that will surely paint the night so lovely red. The anniversary celebration is supported by Video Home & Electronics Centre and various Filipino individuals.
