Stick with a nissan patrol. better than pajero. good for sand duning, spare parts are very cheap.

Nissan pathfinders are good reliable SUV. Pajero has a stiff suspension, lacks power and they are difficult to handle in sharp turning curves at slow speeds.

Most of the Mitsu got a major problem which is in the car gear. Pathfinder is better than the Pajero, but Pajero might be bigger. I had bad experience with Mitsu, whether it was the 2003 Pajero or the 2007 Lancer. The gear is dead .... The Pajero find it very hard to cross the sands dunes and we got stuck once and escape the other sand traps hardly later ...

They are both good cars covered by solid warranties.

Go for the one you "feel" more in tune with. Sit in and drive both then decide. There really isn't that much between them.

Guys, give the man a break, he's not asking about Touareg or Sorento or ML or X5.

I am not too much of a fan of that one !!! Somehow the shape isn't to my liking, but it looks rugged. But, definitely a cut above Pathfinder and Pajero, of course...

How about VW Toureg. A class above Pathfinder & Pajero.

My favourite is not just one car, many of them - but used to be is a better word...Nowadays, I don't bother so much about cars. I used to dream of driving all those big and swanky cars some years ago, now I am just happy driving around in my Nissan Maxima !!!

But, my general favourite is Mercedes because they have a class of their own and they are a pleasure to drive !!!

Pathfinder is much better then Pajero, Good value for good ride.

Strong, heavy and cruising low, Pathfinder is excellent choice.

H3 another specimen of mismatched matchboxes glued together. In fact - the whole Hummer series look like matchboxes glued together - ugly....

JAPANESE, JAPANESE, JAPANESE!!!!! If you are looking for an American "fashion" statement and are under 5 feet tall then you could consider the Hummer, but if you are looking for practicality, reliability, dependability, value for money then you MUST go Japanese.

Which one is better? That is entirely up to your taste in vehicles. Price wise there is nothing between the Pajero and Pathfinder. Pathfinder might be a bit bigger both inside and out, but the Pajero has a more solid and robust finish. Do I drive a Pajero? No I don't. What would my choice be? Perhaps the Pajero, based purely on it's reputation as a good, solid reliable off-roader that I would feel happy driving oof road. If I was to stay mainly in confines of the city, perhaps the Pathfinder which I suspect would give a slightly "softer" ride than the Pajero.

Hope this helps?

Good Luck with your choice.

The new pathfinder looks like two mismatched matchboxes glued together !!! Horrible.... The earlier pathfinder was soooooooo nice...

Pajero has been Mitsubishi's leading and most successful brand so far...
