WHY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Ha ha! What a great way for one person to screw up traffic for 100's of people.

Is it actually legal to do?
Not that anyone actually abides by the traffic laws anyway. I was just curious.

I passed to police cars doing this this morning, so I guess they don't enfoce it :o(

but that never stops anyone here. Laws don't seem to be enforced with any consistency.
